Visit San Francisco: IT's-IT Factory Shop

IT's-IT Ice Cream Sandwiches have been a popular San Francisco treat since its origination in 1928.


We went to the Factory Shop in Burlingame, where the cool treats are just $1.50 each!

There are a variety of flavors of IT's-IT Ice Cream Sandwiches to choose from, as well as the popular Super Sundae and Big Daddy Ice Cream.

Super Sundae
IT's-IT Ice Cream Sandwiches consist of a scoop of ice cream sandwiched between oatmeal cookies and dipped in dark chocolate.  Talk about an indulgence!


One of my kids chose Chocolate, another chose Strawberry, and one of my kids chose the Super Sundae - a vanilla ice cream bar dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in roasted peanuts.

The kids loved the ice cream concoctions.  I had a taste of each of my kids' picks, and everything sure was delicious!

And lucky for us in Hawaii - after looking on the IT's-IT website, I discovered that they're sold locally at Safeway!
