We had no plans to come here so soon after their opening, but my sons begged us to ride the "city bus", so on the spur of the moment, we caught The Bus from Ala Moana Center to Waikiki, and got off at Seaside Avenue to check out the offering at Yokocho.
After perusing the floor guide and walking through the "alley", we decided to check out Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen.
It was actually the busiest of the restaurants.
I ordered the shoyu ramen ($13) with an extra serving of noodles (+$2) for my boys. While tonkotsu style ramen isn't my favorite style of ramen, I enjoyed this ramen very much. The broth was rich but tasty. The char siu melted in my mouth.
Bradley loved it too!
Service was relatively quick considering they opened a few days ago. If you have littles like us, ask for small bowls and kiddie utensils for your little ones.
