For one of my kids' holiday class parties, I made these super easy Creamy Tortilla Roll-Ups.
Simply spread flour tortillas with refried beans, then a mixture of cream cheese + garlic, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Roll the tortillas tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, cut into slices, stick a toothpick into each slice, and stick an olive through each toothpick.
Serve with salsa and enjoy!
The recipe is pretty versatile - you could add sliced olives instead, green chiles, cilantro, or even shredded chicken!
