Cafe Fusion

My husband and I recently enjoyed a late breakfast at Cafe Fusion.

Located at New Hope Oahu in Sand Island, the little cafe offers breakfast, lunch, coffee, and grab-and-go items.

Cafe Omelette

French Toast

Inside the French Toast
We visited while the DCAT (Doing Church as a Team) Conference was being held, so the menu was limited, however, my husband and I both enjoyed our meals.

I had the Cafe Omelette, which was full of ham, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions.

My husband had the French Toast, which was stuffed with blueberries and cream cheese.

Prices are reasonable ($9 for the omelette, $6 for the French toast), and we were both satisfied after our yummy breakfasts.

Service was friendly, but the woman taking orders did not know much about the food being served (she had no idea what was in the Cafe Omelette, and another customer asked her about items in the display case, but she could not answer any of the questions).  Also, we were given a number for our order, but waited, waited, and waited until our number was called, only to find out our food was waiting at the end of a counter.  It's a small cafe, and we were the only customers sitting at a table without any food or drink right in front of the register, so I don't know why the employees did not tell us our food was ready.

Despite the minor service issues, I would go back and try some of their lunch items.
