Korean Chicken from Sugoi

My other employer, @adstreamz, recently had a lunch "meeting" at Sugoi, which is one of the company's clients.  Sugoi is known for its garlic chicken (Nat listed Sugoi in her top 10 Favorite Spots for Fried Chicken list), but on this visit I decided to go with the Korean Chicken, which I tried for the first time (and is a value item on Thursdays).

Dare I say it?

I like the Korean Chicken so much more than the Garlic Chicken!

The chicken was extra crispy on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside, and the sauce was so tasty!  It had a little kick to it, which I liked.  I opted for Fried Rice and Mac Salad along with the Korean Chicken.  I thought the Fried Rice was good, and the Mac Salad was just okay.

I almost ordered the Hash Loco Moco - check out all of that gravy!  I think next time I want to try it!

Sugoi is also known for its bentos.

Lots of bento options!

I love that you can really customize your meal - whether it's the entree, the side, or the starch, and you can really indulge, or you can stick to healthier options, like brown rice, grilled garlic chicken, and tossed salad.

Portions are huge (the mac salad couldn't even fit on the plate, and it took two meals for my husband to finish the leftovers), so be sure to bring your appetite when you visit Sugoi!
