Bella Bistro Revisited

It's been almost 3 years since I last dined at Bella Bistro in Kailua.  I recently had dinner there again with Nat - the first time I had dinner with her in a very long time!

Chicken Piccata

Pesto Penne with Meatballs

I really enjoyed the Chicken Piccata the last time I dined at Bella Bistro, so I ordered it again this time around.  It did not disappoint.  The lemon caper sauce really makes the dish shine - even Nat said the lemon caper sauce was really good!

Nat ordered the Pesto Penne.  The basil cream sauce the pasta was tossed in was a little too creamy for her liking, but she did enjoy the housemade meatballs.

Service was great, and I thought dinner was too (Nat said she'd order the Chicken Piccata next time she goes).
