I used the recipe on the back of the Ocean Spray Craisins package for Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies (I used white chocolate chips vs chunks).
It was a quick and easy recipe, and the family loved the cookies!
Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2/3 c butter, softened
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
- 2/3 c white chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Beat butter and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add flour mixture to butter mixture and stir to combine.
- Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
