In May, Roy’s Waikiki introduced its new sunset menu, which highlights customer favorites. Diners will savor a three-course meal that captures the essence of Chef Roy Yamaguchi’s culinary style and his Hawaii Inspired Cuisine. The lineup features a trio of poke, a petite steak, garlic shrimp, and chocolate soufflé for just $46 per person, tax and gratuity not included.
