If you order shave ice, you can choose up to 3 flavors (if you find any white spots, let the staff know and they'd be happy to pour on more syrup), and you can add extras for a fee (ice cream, mochi balls, etc.).
I love that the shave ice flavors are color-coded on the menu, so if you wanted a multi-colored treat (instead of one that is entirely red, like my kids'), you'll know which flavors to get based on the menu.
The shop serves made-in-Hawaii Roselani ice cream. I tried the Pauwela Sunrise - Orange "dreamsicle" ice cream with Maui Pineapple Chunks. It was so good! If I see that flavor in stores I'm definitely buying a carton. If you love orange dreamsicle/creamsicle, you'll love this flavor too!

The employees are very friendly, and although the prices are a little on the high side compared to other shops, I'd definitely go there again if I'm in the area and craving something cool and sweet to eat.
