While in New York, we visited the Sugar Factory location in the Upper West Side.

The menu at Sugar Factory is very extensive, but I just wanted something simple, and the Sugar Factory Club fit the bill.  Turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and an herb mayo were piled onto white bread.

The Red Velvet Pancakes were huge!  Three fluffy pancakes were sprinkled with white chocolate shavings, and topped with whipped cream.

The huge French Toast was stuffed with chocolate and accompanied by a medley of berries.

The Burger included bacon, blue cheese crumbles, sauteed mushrooms, crispy onions, and Sugar Factory's Special Sauce.

Servings are enormous, and although we had lots of food left on our plates, we just had to try a milkshake!  I let my youngest son pick a milkshake, and he picked the Twinkie Dinkie Milkshake.

Do you see a Twinkie? In addition to a missing Twinkie, a few other ingredients were missing, but the milkshake sure was an indulgence! The mug was covered in white chocolate and gum balls!

The food was great, and I thought our server was fantastic.

Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience with one employee left a very poor impression. I am happy to say, however, that the milkshake issue, along with the bad experience with the employee, were both addressed by management and a resolution was offered.
