Hawaii Restaurant Association's Labor Day Paina at 3660 on the Rise

Last night I attended the Hawaii Restaurant Association's Labor Day Paina, where Executive Chef Russell Siu prepared a fantastic “Working-Class Hero” Menu.

Station I
Okinawan Shoyu Braised Pork Belly Served in Steam Bao Bun

Station II
Prime Rib Sliders on Brioche, Wasabi Aioli
Asian Slaw with Bubu Arare
Spicy Hot Dog with Sriracha Mayo and Kim Chee Slaw
3660 Potato Salad

Station III
Vegetable Confetti Pasta Salad
Hand Rolled Meatballs with House Made Marinara Sauce & Mozzarella Cheese

Station IV
Furikake Tempura Catfish Fingers
Ragout of Mushrooms with Oven Baked Baguette
Kalua Pig & Caramelized Onion Quesadilla

The food was absolutely amazing.  I had so many favorites, including the pork belly bao, quesadilla, and the spicy hot dog with the kim chee slaw.

It was a super fun night of mixing and mingling!
