Utilizing locally-sourced products, such as Pono Pork and Shaka Moa eggs, the dishes on Herringbone's new brunch menu were amazing!
Since I'm a lover of all things savory, my fave dish was the Biscuits & Pono Pork Gravy, but I surprisingly loved the Ray Ray Pancakes (named after the Executive Sous Chef). The mochi pancakes were light and fluffy - simply delightful!
The Garlic Shrimp & Grits garnered rave reviews, and I enjoyed Herringbone's twist on a traditional Eggs Benedict (I especially loved that extra thick piece of bacon!).
Let's not forget the libations! In addition to Bottomless Tropical Mimosas and Endless Pink Power (rosé), a nice variety of beverages, including non-alcoholic creations, are available.
|
Lilikoi & Lychee Breeze |
|
Lilikoi Mojito |
|
Lychee Martini |
Brunch will be served weekly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. beginning September 15.
Happy brunching!
