Recently-Opened in Aiea - Summer Time

Summer Time recently opened up in Aiea!

The shop offers ice cream rolls, snow ice, shave ice, bubble teas, and smoothies.

There are 3 steps to creating your treat - pick your base, your flavors, and your toppings.

All of my kids opted for shave ice.  They sure chose unusual flavor combinations!  I loved the presentation of the shave ice, as well as the ice cream roll.

I tried ice cream rolls for the first time.  I thought it was good, but I'll stick to scoops!

We visited the shop the day after it opened, so they still had a few kinks to work out (e.g. the employee forgot to put condensed milk on the shave ice - she remembered when two of my kids were halfway through eating their treats, and one was already done!).

However, we'd still visit again in the future.  Summer Time is a great new spot to satisfy your sweet tooth!
