Barrio Cafe Revisited

A few months ago I went to Barrio Cafe for a great breakfast, and I recently went back with some of my favorite brunchers.

I opted for the Mexi-Loco Moco - green chile with pork over rice, and covered with 2 eggs. I added some hot sauce for a nice kick. I thought there was not enough pork, but the dish was very flavorful.

It still takes a while to get the food - everything is made hot and fresh, and parking is still a challenge - we drove around the block a few times before finding street parking (there is a limited number of stalls in the front of the restaurant), but it's all worth it!
