I've been wanting to try Over Easy in Kailua ever since they opened up, and I finally had a chance to last month!

Kalua Pig Hash

Pumpkin Crunch Pancakes

We arrived approximately 10am on Wednesday after easily finding street parking, and we lucked out on getting a table immediately, as the little restaurant was packed!

We couldn't resist the Pumpkin Crunch Pancakes special, and we also ordered the Kalua Pig Hash.

Both dishes were simply fantastic!

Even though I'm not a pancake fan, and I don't care for sweets during breakfast/brunch, the Pumpkin Crunch Pancakes were amazing!  If you love Pumpkin Crunch, you'd love these pancakes.  

The Kalua Pig Hash was so delicious. The kalua pork was tender and flavorful, and the lomi tomato added a nice element to the entire dish.  

Service was great, and I hope I get to go back soon!
