Pieology has opened its third location in Hawaii in Pearlridge next to Macy's. Open daily from 10:30am, they offer their guests custom pizzas starting at $10.95 and salads starting at $8.95!
Being new to Pieology, I was a bit overwhelmed when I arrived for lunch. The line was pretty long, but it gave me the time I needed to decide on a crust, sauce, cheese, toppings, meats, and any after bake sauces. Of course if you can't decide, they also offer their own pizza creations to make life simpler.
I really liked that I could do a half and half style pizza so I could try out two different sauces or share with my kids. I loved the fresh toppings that they offered and discovered I really like artichoke on my pizza! After I paid and sat down, it wasn't long before my pizza was brought to my table. It was absolutely delicious and I was already making plans to return. In case you have leftovers they conveniently have takeout boxes by the drink station. They even serve wine and beer. Pieology has thought of everything!
