Limon Rotisserie

Peruvian restaurant Limon Rotisserie opened up in Ka Makana Ali`i a couple of months ago, and they are known for their open flame marinated rotisserie chicken.
We ordered a half chicken with Tacu Tacu (sauteed rice & beans) and Camote Frito (Sweet Potato Fries).

The chicken was juicy and tender, but we thought would get a bit more chicken than what we did.  The accompanying aji amarillo huacatay sauce was delish, and the sweet potato fries were very good.

The Polli-Papas is basically fries topped with crispy chicken, aji amarillo huacatay, mustard aioli, and Parmesan cheese.  I thought the fries were a little too soggy, but I liked the chicken and the sauces.

The Truffle Mac & Cheese was creamy and delicious, and my son really enjoyed it.

Service was overall good, and if you have a choice between inside or outside, opt for inside, as there was a tendency to be a lot of flies when we ate outside.
