Last night I was fortunate to have been invited to a media tasting of some of P.F. Chang's new menu items.

The Caesar Salad dressing is tofu- and fish-sauced based! 

I loved the Mongolian Surf & Turf - beef, shrimp, green onions all tossed in a delicious sauce.

And I couldn't stop eating the Street Fries - steak fries marinated in a chili honey sauce and sprinkled with salt and pepper.

On Valentine's Day, you and that special someone can enjoy a Chef's Special Pre-Fixe Meal for two for $76.99!


It includes a choice of 2 wines, choice of 1 appetizer, choice of 2 entrees, and Uncle's Heart-Shaped Ice Cream Sandwich for dessert.
