Dinner at Mina's Fish House

A couple of months ago Nadia and I went to Mina's Fish House for appetizers, desserts, and cocktails.

I recently returned with my husband to try out the dinner items!
Complimentary Laffa
Garlic & Duck Fat Fries

Grilled Opah

Broiled Chili-Lime Chicken

Waiola Coconut Meringue
For my entree, I ordered the Broiled Chili-Lime Chicken.  I thought the chicken was tender and juicy, however, I didn't think it was spicy at all (our server asked if I liked spicy upon ordering it, as he mentioned it was quite spicy).  However, it was still tasty and enjoyable.

I also ordered a side of the Garlic & Duck Fat French Fries.  It was a pretty generous serving of fries, and I nearly ate them all myself!  They are my favorite fries on the island!

The Grilled Opah was served with Okinawan sweet potato gnocchi.

I thought the Waiola Coconut Meringue was light and refreshing.  It was served with a rum caramel sauce pineapple sorbet.

The restaurant is still going through a transition period, but with such amazing views, fab food, and the Four Seasons touch, I'm sure things will only improve at Mina's Fish House.  I can't wait to return!
