Kanewai Community Park

It's not very often that we get a chance to take the kids to a playground, but one morning, after a hike, we went to Kanewai Community Park to eat lunch, where the kids had a lot of fun on the two different playgrounds on site.

The upper playground has a jungle gym and swings, and the lower playground has newer equipment with monkeybars, a rope climb, and more.

There is ample seating in the park, but unfortunately most of the seating is not in the shade (we were there in the morning).

However, it was still a very nice and fun park to visit!
