New Social Bites at SKY Waikiki

Last night I attended a media preview to sample new Social Bites that are debuting today at SKY Waikiki!

With the help of customer feedback, executive Chef Lance Kosaka and his team created a variety of new dishes, putting their own special touches on familiar faves.

King Crab Tempura

Champagne-Yuzu Scallops

Grande Short Rib Fajitas

Citrus Salad

Caprese Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Crispy Chicken Wings & Biscuit

Spicy Garlic Shrimp

Lobster Roll Sliders

A popular dish of the evening was the Chicken Wings!  They were so crispy and flavorful!

My personal fave was the Caprese Grilled Cheese Sandwich.  Country bread was stuffed with mozzarella, tomato, basil pesto, and balsamic onions.  Comfort food at its finest! 

I also thought the Lobster Roll Sliders were yummy.  Sweet King's Hawaiian Rolls paired nicely with the savory Kona Cold lobster salad.

Other dishes people raved about were the Champagne-Yuzu Scallops, Grande Short Rib Fajitas, and the King Crab Tempura.
