On the way to an event in Waikiki, Melissa Chang and I stumbled upon a sign outside of Pineapple County advertising the cutest pineapple ice cream sandwich cookie! So we made it a point to stop in after our event to try one.
You can order a Cookie Sandwich or a Cookie Sandwich with Cream (we ordered one without the cream).
You select a cookie flavor (we chose Original) and a gelato or sorbet flavor (I chose POG; you are welcome to sample flavors).
It's actually quite large and definitely shareable.
But hurry! Melissa said she saw a sign that the gelato bar is closing at the end of this month.
