I loved the taste of the graham crackers mixed into the cookie dough - all that S'mores yumminess wrapped up in a cookie. If you love S'mores, this recipe is a must!
S'mores Cookies
- ½ c sugar
- ¼ c brown sugar, packed
- ½ c butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1⅓ c flour
- ¾ c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 t baking powder
- ½ t salt
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 1 c mini marshmallows
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in egg and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and combine.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Roll heaping tablespoons of the dough into balls.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
