Visit Colorado: The Sink

While in Boulder, my SIL recommended we dine at The Sink, which is located near the University of Colorado and has been featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.
Buff Mac

Texas Onion Straw Burger
I ordered the Buff Mac - mac-n-cheese topped with crispy buffalo chicken tenders, bleu cheese crumbles, and scallions.  Talk about kicked-up comfort food!  It was so delish, and the buffalo chicken tenders gave it a nice dose of heat.

The Texas Onion Straw Burger was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.  A burger is topped with cheddar and Provolone cheeses, jalapeno, chipotle aioli, and onion straws.

The food and service were both wonderful, and I'm glad we got the rec to dine there!
