Visit Kona: Holy Donuts

Our first stop during our recent trip to Kona was Holy Donuts.

HUGE donuts and other baked goodies lined a display case.  It was difficult to choose, but ultimately my kids and I ended up ordering:


Banana Cream Pie

I opted for the Banana Cream Pie Donut.  It was so yummy!  A delightful banana cream pie filling was stuffed inside of the donut, which was topped with Nilla wafers.

My kids devoured their donuts as well.

The shop was running a special - get three free malasadas with the purchase of four donuts!
