Umamiya Shabu Shabu

A few months ago the girls got together for dinner at Umamiya Shabu Shabu.  We were seated in a private room, which made for a very fun night of eating!

I'm not a huge fan of shabu shabu or nabe, so I only ate appetizers. They were all really good!

I especially liked the Gyoza and Kimchi Pancake, which had a slight kick to it.

Most of the girls ordered Chanko Nabe, which included veggies, rice, udon, tsukune stick, arabiki, shrimp, and gyoza, along with a choice of protein.

Everyone seemed to eat up the nabe, and I thought the service was great.

For dessert there is an assortment of gelato and sorbet.

Umamiya Shabu Shabu offers a lot of great weekly specials, including $19.95 Yakiniku Wednesdays!
