I decided to order a bunch of small plates for my dinner, and also to share with the fam.
The Hatch Green Chili Poutine was like a meal in itself! Fries were topped with white cheddar and a delicious green chili.
The Pig Chips were seasoned with ancho citrus and were yummy!
The Fried Green Tomatoes were topped with boursin cheese and a smoked tomato jam. I thought they were okay (I didn't really care for the smoked tomato jam).
The Hogger consisted of a Kurobota pork patty, pulled pork, bacon, apple slaw, pig chip, and mayo.
The Pig & The Sprout was quite busy with people taking advantage of happy hour deals, but I thought it was great how they welcomed families as well.
