Football Sunday at Giovanni Pastrami

On a recent Sunday, my husband and I met Dara and her friends to watch the Dallas Cowboys game at Giovanni Pastrami.

The game was at 8am, and it was already quite crowded when we arrived.  We told the server which game we wanted to watch, and they reference a sheet which states which of the many TVs the game will be played on, so you can find the perfect table for viewing.

We ended up with two booths near two of the large screen TVs.

It can get quite noisy, and thus difficult to hear the game, but portable speakers on your table allow you to hear what's going on with your favorite team.

And of course, you can eat while you watch!

Giovanni Pastrami's Fried Rice
I ordered the Fried Rice, which was enormous! Consisting of pastrami, corned beef, kalua pig, and veggies, and topped with three eggs, I thought the fried rice was good, but I have had better elsewhere.

Dara had the Bacon & Eggs with Hash Browns - a simple breakfast, yet that bacon looked so good!

Service was great, and Giovanni's was a fun place to watch the game!
