Top 10: Cauliflower Dishes

I never really liked cauliflower, but when I tried the Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower at California Pizza Kitchen a few years ago, I became a convert!  I actually tried it at an event - had I gone to CPK on my own, it would not have been something I would ever have thought to order, but I've become such a fan of cauliflower since then.

And I know I'm not alone - from cauliflower "fried rice" to pizza crusts, cauliflower is just about everywhere these days!

Here are my top 10 favorite cauliflower dishes:
