While looking for things to do with kids in Sydney, I came across Luna Park and just knew my son would love it. It’s a short and scenic ferry ride from Circular Quay. Entrance to the park is free and you can purchase different types of packages for the rides based on the rider’s height. Since my son is not big on rides, we just explored the park and played their carnival games.
Luna Park was opened in Sydney in 1935 and is modeled after the original in Coney Island from 1903. It still has that old school amusement park charm and we enjoyed our time there.
