Brunch at Pikake Terrace at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani

Brunch.

It's my favorite meal of the day, primarily because I can have as much bacon as I want, and still eat sweets right after without feeling any guilt.

And that's exactly what I did at Pikake Terrace's Easter Brunch at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani.

There was, of course, more to fill up on than just bacon and sweets.

You could take your pick from a variety of breads, meats, fruits, cereals, yogurts, pastries, and more.

There was also a Cold Station with Poke, Shrimp, and Lomi Lomi Salmon; a Japanese Station, with favorites such as Miso Soup, Tsukemono; and a Smoked Salmon Station.

There was even a Carving Station!

My husband loved the Lamb with Mint Jelly!

And yet there's more!  The brunch also featured an omelet station!

Guests could fill a bowl up with the fixings of their choice, such as mushrooms, onions, ham, Portuguese sausage, peppers, and cheese, and the omelets are made-to-order right in front of their eyes.

For an additional charge, adults 21 and over could indulge in the Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bars!

I loved the Mimosa Bar (I made mine with hibiscus juice!), as well as the Omelet Station.  And yes, I did get my fill of bacon and sweets (my fave was the Carrot Cake!).

My kids got their fill of Pancakes, Eggs, Portuguese Sausage, and Cereal.

It was a lovely brunch and such a nice way to spend Easter morning!

If you missed out on the Easter Brunch, make your reservations for Mother's Day!
