I can't believe it's been 5 years since I last went to Panya Bistro!

I was in the area shopping with my youngest, and he was hungry, so we decided to head there for lunch since not much else was open at the time.

New York Cheesecake

Everything was so delicious!

The Chicken Karaage was tender on the inside, and perfectly crispy on the outside. 

The Chicken Pesto Sandwich was really yummy.  It was stuffed with spinach, tomatoes, mozzarella, and a juicy chicken breast.  Even my son loved it, and he is veggie-averse!

The New York Cheesecake was so good!  It was not as dense as typical New York-style cheesecake, but also not as light as Japanese-style cheesecake.  It was a nice balance.

Service was prompt and friendly, and we had a really lovely lunch!
