Vino Chef Table

Chef Keith Endo at Vino Italian Tapas & Wine Bar recently launched Vino Chef Table, and I was fortunate to have snagged a seat at the inaugural intimate dinner event.

Jamon Iberico Consomme
"A Day at the Beach"
"When in Rome"

"In the Raw"

"I Left My Heart in San Francisco"

"A Walk in the Woods"

"Duck, Duck, Goose"

"Rock Lobster"

"Where's the Beef"

"Save Room for Dessert"

It was quite a lot of food for just $70!

My faves included "When in Rome" (suppli with Carnaroli rice, truffled brie, & chorizo - I could've eaten about a dozen of these), "I Left My Heart in San Francisco" (a lovely cioppino), "Duck, Duck, Goose" (I loved the name of this dish as much as I loved the two different styles of duck - pastrami and confit, along with the foie gras consomme), "Rock Lobster" (such a flavorful, comforting stew), and of course "Save Room for Dessert" (I was beyond stuffed from the previous 9 dishes, but I managed to save room for this light, refreshing banana creme pie).

You could tell how much fun Chef Keith Endo had in creating and preparing the dishes.

The next few dinners are all sold out, but follow @vinocheftable on Instagram to find out when the next open event will be!
