Visit Kansas: South Park

One of the oldest parks in Kansas is South Park.

It's a very nice park, with a playground, butterfly garden, wading pool, and several walking paths.

There were a few benches around the playground, as well as ample shade trees for picnicking under.

A restroom was on site.

South Park was a much-needed stop on another long day of driving on the road.
