Timber Fries |
The Timber Fries consisted of fries with truffle oil, crispy wild mushrooms (my favorite part of the dish), marinated veggies, ham, and chive cream. It was so filling! I could barely eat my entree!

Certified Angus Beef Filet Medallions |
The Wood-Fired Chicken Schnitzel Stack is what I ordered for my entree. It included cobb smoked ham, buttered yukon potato puree, glazed heirloom carrots, cordon bleu sauce, and pesto. All of the elements combined to create a very satisfying dish!
The Certified Angus Beef Filet Medallions be made with a double baked potato crust or blue cheese crust, and is served with grilled asparagus, buttered yukon potato puree, and au poivre sauce.
A very reasonably-priced menu is offered for the kiddos, and all entrees come with a side of fries, pear sauce, or salad.

I did save just enough room for dessert!

Wild Blueberry Flapjack Cake |

Cast Iron Cherry Streussel |
The Cast Iron Cherry Streussel is the most popular dessert, but the Wild Blueberry Flapjack Cake was my favorite. I wish I didn't need to share! The moist, pound cake-like dessert was just amazing!
Service at Timber Wood Fire Bistro was top-notch, and from the moment we stepped foot in the restaurant I was simply impressed with the service.
