I used store-bought frosting since I didn't have the ingredients to make my own, but the cake still turned out moist and delish!
Carrot Cake Sheet Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t cinnamon
- ½ t baking soda
- 3 c shredded carrots
- 4 eggs
- ¾ c vegetable oil
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 container store-bought cream cheese frosting
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, combine oil, eggs, vanilla and shredded carrots.
- Stir in dry ingredients to carrot mixture.
- Pour batter into parchment-lined 9x13 pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Spread cream cheese frosting on completely cooled cake.
- Sprinkle walnuts over frosting.
