The event was held at `Alohilani Resort, and I was fortunate to have had VIP access to this fun foodie event!
VIPs were treated to:
All guests could indulge in:
The Risotto at Arancino is my favorite on the island, so I was ecstatic that it was one of the dishes being offered (I had two servings!).
Green Curry with Grilled Beef (Noi Thai Cuisine) |
Oxtail Soup with Bee Hoon Noodles (Chef Chai) |
Red Wine Braised Kahua Lamb Sliders with Pepper Jam (Merriman's) |
Risotto Parmigiano with Carnaroli Rice (Arancino at the Kahala) |
Grass-fed Beef Kilawin Ceviche (53 By The Sea) |
White Chocolate Bread Pudding (Ruth's Chris Steakhouse) |
Lucky Sweet Treats (MW Restaurant) |
I also LOVED the Bread Pudding from Ruth's Chris.
It was a fun and lively evening full of delicious bites, as well as wine and beer, a photo booth, and even entertainers!
The staff at the event was exceptional, and I thought the Hale `Aina Celebration was a great way to experience dishes from some of the best restaurants in the state!
