This special dining event continues through Sunday, September 29, from 5:30pm - 10pm daily. The series features Chef Kenji Imagawa (former head chef at the Japanese Embassy in the U.S.), who specializes in Japanese cuisine, and Chef Masao Mori (Ashiya Bay Court Club), who specializes in Chinese cuisine.
The buffet offered a bounty of delectable dishes, including salads, sushi, sashimi, tempura, wonton noodle soup, Hong Kong style pork, fried rice, sweet chili prawns, roasted bone marrow, prime rib, and an assortment of decadent desserts.
The food was amazing, and I personally loved the stations where you could customize your food, such as the Tempura Station, Wonton Noodle Soup Station, and Shabu Shabu station.
The desserts were divine - and if you only have room for one dessert after indulging in all of the wonderful food, you must get the signature Bread Pudding.
From October 2 - 6, the series continues with a six-course Italian & French Dinner by Chef Kosuke Otsuka, future executive chef of Kahala Yokohama in Japan.
