Visit Kauai: Papalani Gelato

It was a scorching day on Kauai, and I was craving something sweet after eating three (THREE!) bowls of Chef Mark Oyama's beef stew (yes, the bowls were small, but still...), so we headed to Papalani Gelato in Poipu.
Kauai Crunch
I got the Kauai Crunch, which consists of caramel cookie sauce, caramel sauce, mac nuts, and coconut.  I didn't taste much coconut, but that was fine, because the ice cream was still so yummy, and totally hit the spot on such a hot day.

If you're indecisive, for $8.95, you can get the Papalani Special - six scoops of your choice!

Choose from such flavors as Mango, Strawberry Guava, Mocha, Wild Berry, Milk Chocolate, and more!
