Visit Kauai: Pietro's Pizza e Pasta

After nine hours at the pool at Koloa Landing Resort, we decided to order pizza from Pietro's Pizza e Pasta to have a casual, relaxing dinner in our villa.

They offer wood-fired, Romana, and New York style pizzas.

We ordered two New York pizzas:

The God Father

The Don Pietro

The Don Pietro is classic pepperoni, named after a pizza that Pietro, the chef's father, liked the most.

The God Father, aka Meat Lovers, consists of pepperoni, ham, and Italian sausage. 

The fam loved the pizzas, and two larges were more than enough for two meals.
