Visit Maui: The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea

Back in January, the Hawaii Mom Blog team indulged in a fabulous dinner at The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea, courtesy of Chef de Cuisine Zach Sato and Executive Chef Chris Kajioka.

I recently returned and was treated to a fabulous meal once again.

Caviar

Oyster, Smoked Kona Kanpachi, Kalua Pork Croquette, Hawaiian Ahi Poke Cracker, Torched Ahi 

Watermelon 3-Ways

Scallops

Truffle Risotto

Duck Dumplings

Charred Tako

A5 Wagyu + Uni

The food was once again extraordinary.  My favorites were the caviar, croquette, ahi, watermelon 3-ways, scallops, and risotto.

Who doesn't love caviar?  And if you're a fan of Senia on Oahu, you're probably familiar with the Kalua Pig Croquette and Torched Ahi - two faves that can be found on Senia's menu.

The Watermelon 3-Ways was refreshing and light, and I just loved the scallops - they were perfectly cooked and seasoned.

I also loved the Truffle Risotto, and the A5 Wagyu + Uni was simply decadent.  

A few of my friends' faves included the Oyster, Smoked Kona Kanpachi, and Duck Dumplings.

Even though I was already beyond stuffed, I didn't dare turn down dessert.

The Chocolate Miso Cake was amazing, and the Pavlova was heavenly.  

Service was fantastic, and the food was just impeccable.  You must visit The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea if you're looking for a luxurious, outstanding meal!
