I've been wanting to try
Mad Bene, a new Italian eatery in Kapolei, ever since I saw posts on social media.
It did not disappoint!
Every single dish we ordered was delish.
My favorite was the Fusilli Pesto. I love pesto, and this dish was sublime.

The Crispy Potato Guy was addicting. It was served with an equally addicting chili aioli.

The Casear was good, but I thought the huge chunks of croutons were difficult to eat.

The N.Y.C. pizza was covered in Ezzo Pepperoni. So good!
