I recently attended a media event where I got to try out some of the menu items that are available during dinner.

I never used to like beets growing up, but now I love them. This dish was light and refreshing. The hazelnut brittle gave it great texture.

I love scallops, and these scallops, topped with black tobiko, did not disappoint.

Dulce de Leche Lava Cake |
I love caramel, but not usually on its own, since I tend to find it too sweet. This Dulce de Leche Lava Cake, however, was incredible. The molten center and the light, fluffy cake was heavenly.
Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday, 5:30pm to 9:00pm.
