Although our pop-ups for Na`au have been put on hold because of the COVID-19 situation, Chef Brian is still finding ways to help educate and inform the public about local ingredients to convey his mission.

The first in an upcoming series of videos was just launched over the weekend, and it's for Akule (Bigeye scad).
