Kamaboko Puffs
- 1 block kamaboko, grated
- 3 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2-4 TB water
- oil for frying
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
- In a large skillet, heat oil to medium high.
- Drop batter by teaspoonful; brown on both sides (about 3-5 minutes each side).
