Mochi Foods offers a variety of mixes so you can  make your own mochi waffles (maffles), pancakes, and even donuts at home!

I received a package full of Mochi Foods products, and the first thing I tried making were the Coconut Maffles. 

With just a few basic ingredients, and in just a few short minutes, I had delicious, sweet mochi waffles that were great on their own, but made even better topped with ice cream, chocolate pieces, and chocolate sauce! 

You can eat the maffles for breakfast, dessert, or even a snack!
