Papaya Boats

I've seen Papaya Boats with ice cream in them, but I decided to make them a little healthier, making do with what we had on hand.

After halving a papaya and scooping out the seeds, I filled each half with vanilla Greek yogurt, sliced bananas, and granola, and sprinkled on hemp and chia seeds.

Easy and so yummy!
