If you're like me, but have very little time and / or cooking know-how, you can make these Easy Green Beans for a side dish.
Just take 1 lb of green beans (I used Blue Lake Beans form Aloun Farms), clean and trim edges, boil for 2 minutes (do not over boil!), plunge into ice water for 5 minutes - and that's it!
You'll end up with a healthy, crispy side dish (or even a snack!), that pairs very well with Shoyu Mayo!
What could be easier than that?
