Korean Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2-3 lbs chicken thighs, cut into 1" cubes
- 1/4 c flour
- 4 T sugar
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 5 t shoyu
- 2 eggs
- 10 stalks green onion,chopped
- 1 T sesame seeds
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, and marinate chicken for 8-12 hours.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
