Reese's Minis-Topped Brownie Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 1/2 c butter
- 2/3 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 7.6 oz bag Reese's Minis, chopped
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the butter and chocolate chips on high for 60 seconds, then stir until smooth. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, and stir to combine.
- Add in the dry mixture, and fold until combined (do not overmix).
- Drop the batter by 2-tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-line cooked sheet.
- Top dough with Reese's Minis.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
